1. This is my Rugby Players Tibial Mid-shaft transverse fracture from a recent game. Poor guy, there was a lot of crepitus and he handled the pain like a champion! I felt horrible being unable to provide adequate pain relief but am looking into alternative means of analgesia within my scope. (yay ) He’s recovering well and it was a good day. YM
